摘　　要：高速逆流色谱法(HSCCC)是最近20多年发展起来的一项液-液分配色谱技术,由于其具有不需任何固态支撑的特点,在分离天然产物方面具有很多优势,因此被广泛应用。本文介绍了高速逆流色谱的原理和溶剂体系的选择,对其在天然产物分离中的应用以及进一步的发展前景进行论述。High-speed counter-current chromatography（HSCCC） is a liquid-liquid separation chromatographic technique, which has been developed in the past 20 years. Because it has no solid support characteristics but with many advantages in isolation of natural products, it has been widely used. The principle and method of solvent selection are introduced in this article, and the application in separation of natural products is summarized.
