摘 要:为了解沙埋对差巴嘎蒿幼苗的生理生态影响,2010~2011年在科尔沁沙地研究了不同沙埋深度下差巴嘎蒿幼苗高度、存活率、光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和水分利用效率的变化,结果表明:3/4株高的沙埋对差巴嘎蒿幼苗存活没有显著影响,1/4株高的沙埋对其株高没有抑制作用。随着沙埋深度的进一步增加,其存活率明显下降,株高受到显著抑制,但即使沙埋深度达到株高的200%仍然有2.04%幼苗存活,说明其幼苗具有较强的耐沙埋能力。随着沙埋深度的增加和沙埋时间的延长,其光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率均呈下降趋势,200%沙埋处理和非沙埋对照相比,沙埋第5d其光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率分别下降了17.0%、15.3%和37.4%,第15d分别下降了69.3%、24.1%和2.6%。随着沙埋深度增加,差巴嘎蒿幼苗的水分利用效率在第5d和第15d呈上升趋势,第10d呈下降趋势。沙埋胁迫所导致的差巴嘎蒿幼苗光合速率和蒸腾速率的降低是其存活率下降和株高生长受到抑制的重要原因。Arternisia halodendron is a perennial psammophyte of Artemisia, Asteraceae, with a widely distribution in the main sand lands of eastern Inner Mongolia. In order to understand the ecological and physiological effects of sand burial on A. halodendron, changes of survival rate, plant height, photosyn- thetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate and water use efficiency of A. halodendron Seedlings in different sand burial depths were studied during 2010-2011 in Horqin Sand Land of Inner Mongolia. The results showed that although burial depth 75 % of seedling height had no significant effects on seedling survival, and burial depth 25 % of the height had no significant inhibition on seedling growth, the survival rate and height growth were decreased significantly if the burial depth increased further. But some seed- lings survived even if the burial depth was up to 200o/00 of seedling height, which suggested that A. halo- dendron seedlings had strong ability to withstand sand burial. With increased san^t burial depth and ex- tended sand burial times, photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of A. haloden- dron seedlings were downtrend, which decreased by 17.0% 15. 3% and 37.4% in the fifth day of sand burial, and by 69.3%, 24. l% and 2.6% in the fifteenth day, respectively, compared with the CK. But water use efficiency of A. halodendron seedlings trend to increase in the fifth day and the fifteenth day, and trend to decrease in the fifteenth day. Decreased photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate was a key reason to result in decrease of the survival rate and height growth inhibition of A. halodendron seedlings in sand burial stress.
