摘　　要：疼痛是临床常见的自觉症状,成因复杂,部位广泛,表现繁多。《素问·举痛论》专文论痛,阐释精辟深邃,为后世医家研究痛证奠定了坚实的理论基础。文章融汇原文经义,结合后世医家见解及临床实践,对疼痛病因病机及诊治加以阐发。Pain is a common clinical symptom. It has complicated causes. The pain can break out in a wide range of body parts with dif- ferent characteristics. The part of Pain syndrome in Plain conversation specifically discussed the pain through some brilliant arguments. It laid a solid theoretical foundation for the later doctors studying pain syndrome. In this article, the author learned to mix the original by the justice, combining with the insights of later doctors on expounded pain etiology and pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment.
