益气活血补肾类中药联合常规西药对糖尿病肾病患者肾脏保护作用及机制研究

摘　　要：目的:分析益气活血补肾类中药对糖尿病肾病(DN)患者的治疗作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法:将80例DN患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例,对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用益气活血补肾类中药汤剂治疗,比较两组的治疗情况。结果:治疗组的总有效率85.0%显著高于对照组50.0%(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)的改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后的尿蛋白改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血补肾类中药能够提高DN的治疗效果,其作用机理可能与降低尿蛋白、血糖和血压,保护肾脏有关。Objective： To analyze the therapeutic effect of yiqihuoxuebushen （boosting the qi and quickening the blood） drugs in dia- betic nephropathy （DN） patients, and to explore its mechanism. Methods ： Eighty cases of DN patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group, 40 cases in each. Patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine treatment, and the observation group applied extra Yiqihuoxuebushen decoction. Treatment condition were compared between two groups. Results： The to- tal effective rate in treatment group was 85% which was significantly higher than that of the control group （50%） （ P 〈 0. 05）. The im- provement of urinary protein, fasting blood glucose （FPG）, 2h postprandial plasma glucose （2 hPG）, systolic pressure （SBP）, dias- tolic blood pressure （DBP） after treatment in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The improvement of albuminuria after treatment in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Yiqihuoxuebushen type of Chinese medicine can improve the curative effect of DN, and its mechanism of action may be re- lated to reducing urinary protein, blood sugar and blood pressure, so as to protect the kidney.
