摘　　要：傅宝田教授认为耳鸣虽然有很多种原因,但中医的辨证不外乎虚、实两个方面。实证责于心肝火上炎、痰火郁结、气滞血瘀,治疗以清泄心肝之火、清热化痰、活血化瘀等方法;虚证责于肝脾肾亏虚,气血不足,治疗以运脾、养肝、益肾、补益气血等方法。Professor Fu Baotian thinks in spite of various causes, tinnitus has but only 2 types ： Surplus and Deficiency. Surplus syn- drome is due to the up-flaming fire of heart and liver, stagnation of phlegm fire, Qi and blood stagnation. Treatment should aim to clear the heart and liver fire, resolve phlegm, and promote blood circulation; Deficiency is due to deficiency of liver, spleen and kidney, lack of qi and blood. Treatment should aim to strengthen the function of spleen, liver, kidney, replenish qi and blood, etc.
