摘 要:目的通过了解厦门市皮革制造企业工作场所空气中有机溶剂浓度及其对作业工人健康的影响,分析评价皮革企业职业病危害状况,提出技术改造建议。方法收集2008—2012年厦门有代表性的4家皮革制造企业工作场所中有机溶剂浓度监测数据及作业工人职业健康检查结果并进行统计分析。结果有机溶剂是皮革制造业的主要职业病危害,车间空气中苯和甲苯超标率分别为0.93%、18.49%,作业人员的血象异常率增高。结论该市皮革企业应采取综合措施,以有效预防和控制有机溶剂的危害。[ Objective ] To understand the concentration of organic solvents in workplace air of leather enterprises in Xiamen City and its influence on worker~ health, analyze the status of occupational hazards in leather enterprises, put forward the suggestions of technical improvement. [ Methods] The monitoring data of organic solvent concentration in workplace and the health examination re- sults of workers were collected from 4 leather enterprises in Xiamen City, and were statistically analyzed. [ Results ] The organic sol- vents were the major occupational hazard in leather manufacturing industry. The exceeding standard rate of benzene and toluene in workplace air was 0. 93% and 18. 49% respectively. The abnormal rate of hemogram among exposure workers increased. [ Conclusion] The leather enterprises should take the comprehensive measures, to effectively prevent and control the harm of organ- ic solvents.
