摘 要:目的建立生活饮用水中15种氯苯类化合物的吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱联用测定方法。方法采用吹扫捕集富集水样中的氯苯类化合物,解吸后用色谱-质谱联用法测定,内标标准曲线法定量。结果方法最低检出浓度为0.022~0.083μg/L,标准曲线相关系数大于0.997 8,响应因子的相对标准偏差小于3.18%,样品加标回收率在90.2%~103.7%之间。结论方法干扰小,分离度好,灵敏度高,结果准确,操作简便,对多种水样适应性好,适合于生活饮用水中15种氯苯类化合物的同时检测分析。[ Objective] To establish a method for determination of 15 chlorinated benzene compounds in drinking water by purge- and-trap gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. [ Methods] Chlorinated benzene compounds in water were purged and trapped. Af- ter desorption, the samples were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The internal standard curve method was used for the quantitative analysis. [ Results] The minimum detectable concentration of the method was 0. 022-0. 083 I^g/L. The correla- tion coefficient of standard curve was greater than O. 997 8. The relative standard deviation of response factor was less than 3.18%, and the recoveries of standard addition were between 90.2% and 103.7%. [ Conclusion] This method has small interference, good resolution, high sensitivity, accurate results and simple operation. It is suitable for simultaneous determination of 15 chlorinated benzene compounds in drinking water.
