摘　　要：目的了解上海市闸北区中学生家长对结核病知识的知晓情况,探索加强学校及重点人群结核病健康教育的方式。方法采用自填问卷的形式,在2012年开展调查,了解学生家长对核心信息的知晓情况、信息来源、接受健康教育意愿等。结果家长对结核病核心知识的总体知晓率为51.3%,学生知晓率为37.1%;两者相关系数r=1.97,仅17.2%家长曾经向自己的孩子讲过相关知识;女性家长知晓率高于男性,本市户籍家长高于非本市家长,学历、收入高的家长也优于低的家长。家长了解和参加健康教育活动的意愿较高。结论家长知晓率仍处于较低水平,且在不同家长人群中知晓率情况也存在差异,但对学校传递的健康知识有较高的接受意愿。可以以学校为平台,面向学生家庭开展结核病防治知识健康促进活动,在提高家长知晓水平的同时也起到了加强学校结核病防控的效果。[ Objective] To understand the awareness rate of knowledge about tuberculosis （TB） prevention and control among par- ents of middle school students in Zhabei District of Shanghai, find out a way to strengthen health education in school and focus groups. [ Methods] The investigation was conducted in 2012 with a self-administered questionnaire, to know the awareness rate of core information, information sources, and the willingness to receive the health education of parents of middle school students. [ Results] The general awareness rate of parents and students was 51.3% and 37.1% respectively, and the correlation coefficient （ r} was 1.97. Only 17.2% of parents have ever talked to their children about TB. Female parents knew more knowledge about TB prevention than male parents, and the awareness rate of local parents was higher than that of migrant parents, while the awareness rate of parents with higher education level and income was higher than that of parents with lower education level and income. Most of the parents had strong willingness to know more about TB and take part in health education activities. [ Conclusion] The aware- ness rate of parents is still at a low level, and there are differences in the awareness rate among different parents, but most of the parents have strong willingness to accept the information transferred by school. It is necessary to implement the health promotion ac- tivities of TB prevention among student families on the platform of school, which can improve the awareness rate of parents and strengthen the TB prevention in school.
