摘　　要：目的了解周口市居民死亡水平和主要死亡原因,为综合防治提供依据。方法按ICD-10国际疾病分类对死因进行分类及编码,统计分析该市人群的粗死亡率、标化死亡率及死因构成。结果周口市2010-2012年居民年均死亡率为733.43/10万,全死因男性死亡率高于女性(χ2=44.81,P>0.01)。前5位死因依次为循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、损伤和中毒、其他疾病,这5类死因死亡人数占总死亡数的94.60%。交通事故、意外跌落、意外中毒和自杀是伤害和中毒的主要死因,是造成该市居民"早死"及青壮年死亡的主要死因。结论慢性非传染性疾病在总死亡中的比例最高,是危害该市居民健康的主要死因,伤害和中毒是危害周口市青壮年健康的主要危险因素。因此,加强预防和控制慢性病是当务之急;同时,政府应尽快把伤害纳入疾病预防控制规划。[ Objective ] To understand on the mortality level and main death causes among inhabitants in Zhoukou City, provide evi- dence for comprehensive control. [ Methods] The classification and code of the causes of death were conducted by means of ICD-10, to analyze the crude mortality rate standardized mortality rate and constitution of causes of death. [ Results] The average annual mor- tality rate was 733.43/lakh in Zhoukou City from 2010-2012, and the all-cause mortality in males was higher than that in females （ X2 = 44.81, P 〉 0.01 ）. The top five leading causes of death were cardiovascular disease, malignant tumors, respiratory diseases, injuries and poisoning, and other diseases. The death cases of the five leading causes accounted for 94.60% of all death causes. Traffic-accidents, accidental fall, accidental poisoning and suicide were the main reasons for death induced by injury and poison- ing, and they were the most common causes of early death among young adults. [ Conclusion ] The proportion of non-communicable disease is the highest in total death cases, and it is the main death causes that harm the health of residents in Zhoukou City. Injury and poisoning are the main risk factors that endanger the health of young adults. So it is urgent to strengthen the prevention and con- trol of non-communicable disease, and the government should establish the control and prevention planning aiming at injuries as soon as possible.
