摘　　要：新型冠状病毒,一种类似SARS(传染性非典型肺炎)的冠状病毒,该病毒和此前大规模暴发的SARS病毒同属一个病毒科。2012年初,一名沙特60岁男子感染新型冠状病毒死亡。2013年2月11、13和15日英国相继报告3例新增确诊病例,且为家庭聚集性病例,意味着人际传播的发生,新型冠状病毒感染再次引发全球关注。作者依据国内外文献简要介绍新型冠状病毒的流行情况,病原学检测,国内外防控措施上的研究进展。Novel coronavirus, A similar SARS coronavirus, belongs to the same virus family of SARS virus which has caused a large-scale outbreak. In early 2012, a 60-year-old Saudi man died from novel coronavirus infection. On February 11, 13 and 15, 2013, 3 new diagnosed cases were reported in England, all were family cluster cases. It means interpersonal transmission. The new coronavirus infection caused global concern again. This paper briefly introduces novel coronavirus prevalence, pathogen detection, research progress on the prevention and control measures based on home and overseas literatures.
