摘 要:目的了解2012年湖北省疫情控制地区血吸虫病疫情状况。方法按照《湖北省血吸虫病监测方案》(2009年版)的要求,在全省血吸虫病疫情控制地区选择有代表性的130个村开展人畜查病和钉螺调查。结果疫情控制地区监测村居民感染率为0.8%,耕牛感染率为0.57%,活螺平均密度为5.1只/m2,阳性螺平均密度为0.0002只/m2,钉螺感染率为0.01%。结论 2012年疫情控制地区人畜病情及螺情疫情指标较2011年有明显下降。Objective To analyze the surveillance results of schistosomiasis in epidemic control area of Hubei Province in 2012. Methods According to The Scheme of Schistosomiasis Surveillance in Hubei Province (the 2009 edition), 130 villages were selected as epidemic control sites, where the infection of residents and livestock, and the distribution of Oncomelania snails were implemented. Results In epidemic control area, the infection rate of residents and cattle was 0. 8% and 0. 57% , the density of living snails and infected snails was 5.1 and 0. 000 2 snails/m2 , and the infection rate of snails was 0. 01%. Conclusion Compared with that in 2011, the endemic situation of schistosomiasis in epidemic control area of Hubei Province in 2012 decreased obviously.
