摘　　要：目的探讨玻璃体视网膜联合手术切除脉络膜黑色素瘤围手术期的护理。方法分析45例玻璃体视网膜联合手术切除脉络膜黑色素瘤围手术期的护理方法。结果45例患者中1例并发眼内出血经药物治疗好转，1例因病理报告发生眼球浸润后行眼球摘除术，其余患者术后眼压平稳无其他并发症的发生。随诊期间未见全身转移。结论合理有效的术前、术后护理，以及加强术后并发症的观察和出院指导是保证手术成功的重要因素。Objective To study the perioperative nursing of local choroid melanoma excision combined with vitreous retinal surgery. Methods Analyzed 45 cases of choroid melanoma patients were partial resection combined with vitreous retinal surgery perioperative nursing experience. Results Among 45 patients, 1 case complicated with intraocular hemorrhage was improved after drug treatment, 1 case received ophthalmectomy for pathology report with the eye infiltration, and the postoperative intraocular pressure of other patients was stable without complications. The whole body transfer was not found during the follow - up period among patients. Conclusions Reasonable preoperative and postoperative nursing, and strengthen the observation of the postoperative complications, and discharge guidance are important factors for ensuring success.
