高压分层酸化管柱的研制和应用

摘　　要：针对宝浪油田油层非均质严重 ,不同油层启动压力相差很大的特点 ,研制了两种分层酸化管柱 ,一种为单层酸化工艺管柱 ;另一种为一次酸化施工先后对两层轮换酸化的管柱。高压酸化封隔器采用水力压缩式胶筒 ,胶筒设计有肩部保护机构 ,承压能力达 80MPa ,同时还设计有反洗通道 ,增加了管柱的安全性。高压水力锚利用酸化施工压力使锚牙张开锚定管柱 ,施工结束时依靠板簧弹力使锚牙收回 ,锚定、收回可靠。 7井次的现场应用表明 ,最高施工压力78MPa ,工艺成功率 10 0 % ,累计增产原油 2 830t ,增注水 2 75× 10 4 m3。Two separate layer acidiznig stnngs, used respectively for single layer aciMmg and two-layer acidizing by tums are developed The component parts and techiiological process of the strings are introduced, and the design featiJres and characteristics of the main corollary tools, the high pressiJre acidizing packer and high pressure hydraulic anchor, are described And the field use of the strings are comniented.
