直肠周围注射配合针刺和补中益气汤口服治疗脱肛20例疗效分析

摘　　要：为观察直肠周围注射配合针刺和口服补中益气汤治疗气虚下陷型脱肛的疗效，将40例脱肛患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各20例，对照组行直肠周围注射术治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上行针刺配合口服补中益气汤治疗。半年后观察患者的临床有效率及临床症状改善情况。结果显示，治疗组治愈15例，有效4例，无效1例，总有效率95．0％；对照组治愈10例，有效7例，无效3例，总有效率85．0％。治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，直肠周围注射配合针刺和补中益气汤口服治疗脱肛具有补中益气、升提固脱的作用，对于治疗气虚下陷型脱肛具有良好效果。This study was to investigate the therapeutic effect of perirectal injection plus acupuncture combined with decoction for reinforcing middle-energizer and replenishing Qi in the treatment of rectal prolapse of collapse of Qi of the middle-energizer. The 40 patients with rectal prolapse were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,20 cases for each one;treatment group was treated with perireetal injection plus acupuncture plus decoction for reinforcing middle-energizer and replenishing Qi, while control group with the injection at perirectum; after 0.5 yr. the clinical effective rate and improvement of symptoms in both groups were observed and compared. As results,in treatment group 15 cases were cured,4 of response,1 of non-response,and total effective rate was 95.0%;in control group,10,7,3 and 85.0% ,respectively,hence,the former was superior to the later（ P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that for treating rectal prolapse perirectal injection plus acupuncture combined Chinese herbs has the roles of reinforcing middle-energizer and replenishing Qi,and lifting ＆ fastened rectal prolapse,thus it has better curative outcome.
