中西药综合治疗肛周复发性生殖器疱疹54例临床观察

摘　　要：为观察中药祛毒内服方口服、祛毒外用方熏洗坐浴，结合西药伐昔洛韦口服、重组人干扰素a-2b乳膏外用治疗肛周复发性生殖器疱疹的疗效，将90例肛周复发性生殖器疱疹患者随机分为两组。治疗组54例采用中药祛毒内服方口服、中药祛毒外用方熏洗坐浴，结合西药伐昔洛韦口服、重组人干扰素a-2b乳膏外用；对照组36例采用口服伐昔洛韦，外用重组人干扰素a-2b乳膏。结果显示，治疗组治愈38例，显效4例，有效4例，无效8例，总有效率85．2％；对照组治愈18例，显效6例，有效2例，无效10例，总有效率72．2％。两组总有效率比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05），治疗组复发率低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，中西药综合治疗肛周复发性生殖器疱疹的疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗。This study was to investigate the therapeutic effect of the integration of traditional Chinese and western drugs for perianal recurrent genital herpes. The 90 patients with this disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control one. Treatment group （54 cases） was given with self-design Chinese drug formula for removing toxicity（internal use）, self-design Chinese drug formula for removing toxicity （external use fuming ＆ washing and sitz bath）,combined with western drugs（oral famciclovir plus exter- nal use of recombinant human interferon a-2b cream）,while control group（36 cases）,with only western drugs（administration mode as treatment group）. As results,in treatment group 38 cases were cured,4 of excellent response,4 of response,8 of non-response, and total effective rate was 85.2% ;while in control group,18,6,2,10, and 72.2%, respectively, thus in total effective rate treatment group was significantly higher than control group（ P〈0.05）;And,the recurrence rate of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group（ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that the integration of traditional Chinese and west- ern drugs is distinctly superior to control group in the treatment of perianal recurrent genital herpes.
