摘 要:在分析富气组分的基础上,指出富气输送工艺与传统天然气管道不同,需采用较高的输送压力。高压要求和富气组分对管材的韧性要求较高。富气输送工艺需将脱出NGL的处理厂设于管道末端或中间段某处。该工艺的优点是高热值的富气组分和高压运行提高了管道输送效率,压缩机功率需求的降低优化了设计,减少了燃料消耗;NGL的处理厂设于管道末端或中间某处节省了NGL输送的运费;同时还可能对市场产生积极的影响。On the basis of analyzing rich gas component,it is pointed out that the transportation technology of rich gas differs from conventional gas pipelining,but needs higher transportation pressure. High pressure and component of rich gas needs higher toughness for the pipe material. On the transportation technology of rich gas, NGL processing plant is generally located at the terminal of pipeline or some intermediate location of pipeline. This can increase the throughput efficiency of pipeline for the rich gas with gross heating value under high pressure operation,and on the other hand,the lower compressor power can optimize the design,reduce fuel consumption and save the transportation cost ;meanwhile,it is positive to market.
