摘　　要：针对目前国有林区森林资源管理体制与机制的弊端,在总结东北重点国有林区森林资源管理体制改革试点经验的基础上,从机构设置、经费来源、工作职能及管理机制等方面提出了国有林区森林资源管理体制改革的方向与设想。Aiming at the disadvantages of the management system and mechanism of forest resources of state -owned forest area, on the basis of summary experience of forest resources management system reform of key state -owned forest region in northeast China , the directions and assumptions of forest resources management system reform of state -owned forest area were proposed from institutional settings , sources of funds , job functions and management mechanism , etc.
