摘  要:目的研究复方参花搽剂的制备工艺及体外抑菌作用。方法按照L9(34)正交试验设计,以主药苦参中有效成分苦参碱的含量为指标,考察加水倍量、煎煮次数、煎煮时间三个因素对提取效率的影响,优化该制剂制备工艺。采用K-B纸片扩散法,观察该制剂滤纸片对金黄色葡萄球菌、变形杆菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌作用。结果复方参花搽剂最佳制备工艺为加8倍量水、煎煮3次、每次煎煮1.5小时。该制剂对以上细菌均有明显抑制作用。结论经正交试验设计优化的复方参花搽剂制备工艺合理、可行,可为其在临床应用方面提供一定的价值。Objective: To explore the preparation process and bacteriostasis activities in vitro of Shenhua compound lin- iment. Methods: According to the main component content of matrine of the radix sophorae flavescentis, this preparation was performed by L9 (34) orthogonal experimental design to evaluate the influence of three factors, such as the amount of water to material, extraction times and extraction hour, on the extraction efficiency. And the baeteriostasis activities of this liniment on Staphylococcus aureus, proteusbaciUus vulgaris, escherichia coli and pseudomonas aeruginosa were studied through the K-B disk diffusion method. Results: The optimal preparation process was established as follows: the amount of water reached to eight times to material, extracting 1.5 hours for three times. The resuhs of antimicreblal test showed that this liniment distinctly inhibited the four bacteria. Conclusion: The present extraction procedure is stable and feasible, which can he used in the clinical practice.
