摘 要:目的探讨HCV-Ab、HCV-cAg、HCV-RNA及ALT、AST、γ-GT的相关性及临床应用价值。方法 ELISA方法检测HCV-Ab、HCV-cAg,PCR-荧光探针法检测HCV-RNA,全自动生化分析仪检测ALT、AST、γ-GT。结果检测HCV感染者186例,其中HCV-Ab、HCV-cAg的阳性率分别为95.7%、25.3%、82.7%。ALT、AST、γ-GT水平与HCV病毒载量呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论同时检测HCV-Ab、HCV-cAg、HCV-RNA可充分掌握丙肝患者病毒感染情况,以及检测ALT、AST、γ-GT对抗病毒治疗的疗效评价及治疗时间有重要意义。Objective : To evaluate the sensitivity of hepatitis C virus (HCV) and HCV-Ab, HCV-cAg, HCV-RNA de- tection for diagnosis of HCV infection, and to investigate the relationship between HCV-Ab, HCV-eAg, HCV-RNA and ALT, AST, γ-GT levels. Methods: PCR-Fluorescence Probing was used to detect HCV-RNA in serum, and ELISA was used to detect HCV-Ab, HCV-cAg. Results: Detection of 186 cases of HCV infection was made, and the positive rates were 95.7%, 25.3% and 82.7% in HCV-Ab, HCV-cAg, HCV-RNA. The ALT AST γ- GT levels were correlated with the HCV virus load( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Simultaneous detection of both HCV-Ab and HCV-cAg, HCV-RNA can fully grasp the virus hepatitis C infection, and the detection of ALT AST γ- GT is significant for curative effect evaluation and treatment time of antiviral therapy.
