摘　　要：通过对近两年来新出台的工资集体协商地方立法文本的比较分析,结合实践,解析工资集体协商中的典型问题,探索工资集体协商全国统一立法的实践基础、指导原则、模式选择,为统一立法的出台提供借鉴与参考。based on the comparative analysis of the text of the new local legislation on collective consultation on wages in the past two years, in com bination with the practice, analyze the typical problems in the collective consultation, explore the practice base,the guiding principles and the mode selection on the unified legislation, provide reference for being published of the unified legislation.
