82B钢精炼处理后软吹时间对夹杂物行为的影响

摘　　要：为了满足82B钢质量要求，通过对精炼处理后软吹过程中的钢水进行取样，并对钢样中的夹杂物进行全面检验分析，研究了不同软吹时间条件下钢中夹杂物数量及尺寸的变化情况。结果表明：综合考虑夹杂物的去除效果和软吹过程的温降等因素，认为软吹时间控制在25-35min较为合理。生产统计数据表明，改善软吹工艺后，钢水的洁净度有了大幅提高。In order to meet the quality requirements of 82B steel, by＇ sampling 82B steel in the process of soft blowing treatment and thoroughly testing and analyzing the inclusions in samples, changes of inclusion number and size were studied. The result showed that considering the result of removing inclusions and the effect of temperature drop on the 82B steel during soft blowing process, the reasonable soft blowing time was 25-35 minutes. According to statistics of industrial production data, the purity of molten steel increased a lot after the improvement of soft blowing treatment.
