摘  要:通过对厦门华纶纺织有限公司近年来生产经营活动的剖析 ,提出华纶公司面对激烈变化、严峻挑战的经营环境 ,为求得长期生存和不断发展而进行的总体性谋划 ,在三年的发展战略中 ,名牌战略、新品战略均在实践中取得一定的效益 ,整合战略正在实施中 ,文章认为传统棉纺业只要不断创新变革、增强竞争能力能为企业的持续经营发展获得空间和商机。This article analyses the production and management situation of Xiamen Hua Lun Textile Co., Ltd in recent years and Brings forward general strategy for achieving Hua Lun Textile's long-term existence and constantly development under diversified and challenging circumstance. During the 3 year development strategy, both Brand strategy and New Product strategy have brought certain profit while fulfilled and integrate strategy is being carried out. In this article, traditional cotton weaving enterprose can obtain more opportunities and forther development through continuous innovation and enhancing competing ability.
