经鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉510例临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨经鼻内镜下手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的方法及疗效。方法：对2008年5月至2012年5月本院收治的510例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者的临床资料进行综合分析，所有患者均行鼻内镜下鼻窦开放手术治疗，术后随访1～2年，探讨手术治疗方法及根据1997海口会议标准评定疗效。结果：510例患者中，392例达到治愈标准，治愈率为76．9％，109例达到好转标准，好转率为21．4％，9例为无效标准，无效率为1．8％，总有效率为98．2％。结论：经鼻内镜下手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉是一种有效的方法，术中解剖标志的确认和系统的术后随访为治疗效果及防止并发症提供了有力的保证。Objective ：To discuss the treating effect of the 510 cases chronic nasal sinusitis nasal polyp pa-tients through the nasal endoscopy surgery .Methods ：To hold the comprehensive analysis for the 510 cases chronic nasal sinusitis nasal polyp patients medical record in our hospital from May 2008~May 2012 ,all the patients under-went the endoscopic sinus surgery operation with the 1~2 years follow-up and the treating method and treating effect be evaluated through the 1997 Haikou conference standard .Results ：For all the 510 patients ,392 cases reached the cure standard ,the cure rate was 76 .9% ,109 cases reached the improvement standard ,the improvement rate was 21 .4% ,9 cases reached the invalid standard ,the invalid rate was 1 .8% ,the total efficiency was 98 .2% .Conclusions ：The endoscopic sinus surgery is a kind of effective method for the treatment of chronic nasal sinusitis nasal polyp ,the anatomy token comfirmation during the operation and the the systematic postoperative follow-up can guarantee for the treating effect and make precaution of the occurance of the complication .
