SCI收录护理管理领域论文的文献计量分析  

Bibliometric analysis of literatures on nursing management included in Science Citation Index

摘　　要：目的分析2012年影响因子较高的6种SCI护理综合类期刊中护理管理论文，了解护理管理领域的研究情况，为我国护理管理者开展研究提供参考。方法根据影响因子排名选择期刊，检索Elsevier、Wiley Online Library等数据库，使用Note Express软件对所获得的摘要进行文献管理，基于管理职能理论筛选文献，采用文献计量法对文献进行分析。结果各期刊护理管理领域论文摘要所占各自期刊摘要总数10．00％～32．00％；第一作者所在国家主要集中于美国、澳大利亚、英国和加拿大4国，占论文数的70．13％；半数以上（占53．90％）的论文明确说明获得了一项或多项的科研资助；多数研究属于调查性研究中的描述性研究。结论我国有关机构应加大对护理管理研究的支持，护理工作者应学习国外先进研究设计方法，加强国际合作，更好地推动我国护理管理研究的发展。Objective To analyze the literatures on nursing management from six comprehensive nursing journals with the highest impact factors, under- stand the current situation of research on nursing management and provide suggestions for Chinese nursing managers. Methods The journals were recruited according to the impact factors from ISI Web of Knowledge JCR and literatures were retrieved in the Elsevier database, Wiley Online Library, etc. Note Express was used for reference documents managing and the papers were selected based on the theory of management function and analyzed by bibliometrics method. Results The journal of nursing management were accounted 10.00% - 32.00% in the field of the respective abstract summary. The first author′ country mainly focus on the four countries which were America, Australia, Britain and Canada, accounded for 70.13 % of the number of papers. More than half of the papers explicitly were obtained by one or several research funding. Most of the research was descriptive study of investigation study. Conclusion Relevant departments in our country should provide financial support for nursing management research. Nursing researchers should study the advanced foreign research methods and en- hance international cooperation to promote the development of nursing management research in our country.
