摘 要:目的观察正念训练干预对中青年乳腺癌患者术后睡眠质量的影响。方法将199例中青年乳腺癌患者按就诊时间先后次序分为对照组和试验组,对照组患者均给予常规护理,试验组在常规护理的基础上给予正念训练,比较干预前后两组患者睡眠质量的变化。结果干预后试验组患者主观睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、日间功能障碍和睡眠质量总分低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论正念训练干预可改善中青年乳腺癌患者睡眠质量,有助于提高其生活质量。Objective To evaluate the influence of mindfulness training on sleep quality of young and middle - aged breast cancer patients, so as to pro- vide references for improving their sleep quality. Methods Totally, 199 young and middle - aged breast cancer patients were recruited and divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group received conventional care, while the experimental group received mindfulness training besides this. Sleep quality changes before and after intervention between two groups were compared. Results Scores of subjective sleep quality, time falling asleep, sleep time, sleep efficiency, daytime dysfunction and overall sleep quality in the experimental group after intervention were lower than those of the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Mindfulness training can improve the sleep quality of young and middle - aged breast cancer patients.
