资源整合视角下内蒙古城市社区服务现状与对策研究

摘　　要：本文在城市社区资源整合视角下,总结了"十一五"以来的内蒙古社区服务建设现状,文章通过对呼和浩特和包头等部分城市社区的调研资料,从当前城市社区服务的内容、机制和模式方面阐述其存在的问题及原因,指出其应从整合发展社区服务发展的基础资源条件、创新社区服务资源供给的内容和形式、整合社区组织制度资源、实现社会多元供给机制等方面出发完善并提升内蒙古城市社区服务。This paper summed up the Status Quo of the community service in Inner Mongolia from the perspec- tive of city community resources integration during the 11 th five - year plan. Based on investigation data of Hohhot and Baotou and other parts of the city community, the paper expounds the existing problems and reasons from the current city community service content, mechanism and mode. Finally, the paper put forward some countermeasure of city community service in Inner Mongolia, including integrating basic resources condition of community service development, innovating supply content and form of community service resources, integrating of community re- sources of organizational system, realizing of social pluralistic supply mechanism.
