摘 要:对云南某硅质磷矿的物化性质进行了全面分析,并对其进行了较为系统的反浮选分离研究。物化性质分析显示:该磷矿主要含氟磷灰石和石英,石英晶体和磷灰石晶体交互存在;矿石表面与体相的成分及其质量分数差异显著;该矿中主要成分的质量分数随着粒径的不同而不同。对低品位、高硅质量分数的细粒径(<75μm)磷矿,通过选择捕收性能优异的DDA作为捕收剂,磷酸作为抑制剂,NaOH作为pH调整剂,调节pH为9,用超声波预处理矿浆后,采取反浮选分离法可有效脱除其硅质脉石,使磷矿P2O5品位从22.3%提高到28.5%以上,回收率维持在75%以上。The physicochemical properties of a Yunnan siliceous phosphate ore were investigated comprehensively and the reverseflotation separation of the phosphate rock was systematically studied on the basis of its properties, The results showed that the phosphate mainly contains fluor-apatite and quartz. The main gangue is quartz and quartz crystal and apatite crystal alternative- ly exist in the ore. The composition and content of the body phase has highly significant differences with the surface phase of the ore. The content of main components in the ore varies with particle size. Siliceous gangue in tow grade, high silicon phos- phate ore of fine particle size ( 75 tm) can be effectively re- moved by reverse flotation with DDA as collector, phosphoric acid as inhibitor, NaOH as pH regulator being 9 and ultrasonic pretreatment of ore slurry, enabling the grade of P2o5 to increase from 22.3% to 28.5 and the phosphorus recovery rate to be maintained at over 75.
