摘 要:中小型连锁超市是一种新型的商业零售业态,规模正日益扩大,但其在采购、库存、配送模式、绩效评价等方面存在很多问题,而提高配送中心物流绩效是中小型连锁超市妥善运营的关键.首先,该文分析中小型连锁超市物流系统的现状、常见问题及其原因;然后,对中小型连锁超市适用的几种配送模式,及各种模式所需条件和优缺点进行了介绍;最后,探究如何提高配送中心物流绩效,针对采购管理、库存管理、信息系统等方面的问题,提出改进方案,并提出以AHP和模糊综合评价结合的方法评价配送中心的物流绩效.Medium and small chain supermarket is a new type of commercial retail formats, and the scale is widening,but there are still many problems in purchasing,storage,the distribution mode and per- formance evaluation. Improving logistics performance of the distribution center is the key factor which de- cides whether medium and small chain supermarket can run properly or not. First, in this paper we analyze the present situation, common problems about distribution center of medium and small chain supermarket. Then,we introduce several distribution modes which apply to the distribution center for medium and small chain supermarket, and the required conditions, advantages and disadvantages for various kinds of patterns. Finally,we explore how to improve the logistics performance of distribution center, and put forward the improved plan according to the problems existing in purchasing management, inventory management and information system. A method of combining the AHP and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation has been proposed to evaluate the logistics performance of distribution center.
