摘　　要：以郑州联通用户驻地网建设为例,简要分析了运营商在CPN建设中存在的问题,详细阐述了加强CPN建设投资管理的投资重点由新建CPN转向改造现有CPN等6项新思路。With the example of Zhengzhou Unicom’s CPN construction, it analyzes the problems on the construction of CPN, expounds 6 new considerations on strengthening CPN construction investment management, including changing the investment emphasis from constructing new CPN to transforming the current CPN.
