摘  要:针对管片拼装机高速、高精度及低冲击自动拼装技术的需求,在全面分析了管片拼装机回转驱动系统大行程、大惯量及长时间运行特点的基础上,设计了以比例换向阀为调节核心、以平衡阀为辅助保障的管片拼装试验台回转电液控制系统.参考工程应用管片拼装机相关参数及管片拼装试验台设计要求,基于相似理论提出拼装试验台回转电液控制系统参数指标及原理图,运用SolidWorks建模仿真及负载力矩分析,进而完成电液控制系统参数设计及元件选型,最后完成了2m管片拼装试验台回转电液控制系统的搭建及试验分析工作.试验分析结果表明:系统稳态性能满足设计要求,最大转速为6.25r/min;同时具有良好的动态性能,系统阶跃响应峰值时间为1.1s,可平稳实现斜坡减速及低速停车.Aiming at high speed, high precision and low impact automatic assembly technology of segments, a rotary electro-hydraulic control system for segment assembly test bed of shield ma- chine is designed. The electro-hydraulic control system based on both the stepless regulation of proportional reversing valve and the assistant guaranteeing of balance valve was designed through full analysis on the rotary drive system of segment erector with features of long stroke, large in- ertia and long operation. By reference to the relevant parameters of engineering segment erector and the design requirements of segment assembly test bed, similarity theory based parameter in- dexes and schematic diagram of rotary electro-hydraulic control system were firstly put forward. Then load analysis was conducted through SolidWorks modeling. Parameters design and compo- nents selection of the electro-hydraulic control system were completed. And finally a rotary elec- tro-hydraulic control system for the segment assembly test bed with a diameter of 2 meter was built and experimentally analyzed. The experimental results show that the steady state perform-ance of the system meets design requirements with max rotate speed of 6.25 r/min, the system has a good dynamic performance with peak time of 1.1 s for step input, and the system can realize steadily slope slow down and steadily low speed parking.
