摘 要:为了分析径向游隙对四列圆锥滚子轴承工作可靠性的影响,在三维有摩擦弹性接触边界元法的基础上,采用板单元模拟滚动体,编制了轴承三维载荷分布边界元法专用计算程序.轧机四列圆锥滚子轴承系统采用不同径向游隙和不等游隙时,利用该程序对轴承径向压力以及径向和轴向载荷的分布进行了数值模拟,分析了径向游隙对轴承压力和载荷分布的影响.通过数值模拟结果可知:对于四列圆锥滚子轴承,采用等径向游隙时,不改变四列轴承承受载荷的比例,但正的径向游隙将减少承受载荷的滚动体个数,单个受载滚动体上承受的载荷增大;负的径向游隙增加承受载荷的滚动体个数,单个受载滚动体上承受的载荷减小;采用不等径向游隙可以减少游隙较大的该列轴承承受的载荷比例,并降低偏载系数.In order to analyze the influence of the radial clearance to the reliability of the four-row conical roller bearing, the special calculator program of bearing BEM was compiled based on the method of three dimensional elastic contact boundary element method with frication, in which the plate units were used to simulate the rollers. When equal radial clearance and unequal clearance were applied to the mill four-row conical roller bearing, the distribution of radial pressure, radial and axial load were simulated with the program. The influence rules of radial clearance to the pressure and load distribution of four-row conical roller bearing were analyzed. According to the result, the load proportion of the mill four-row conical roller bearing didn't change when equal ra- dial clearance was adopted. And the number of the standunderload rollers decreased and the load of one roller bearing increased when positive equal radial clearance was adopted. The situation was opposite when negative equal radial clearance was adopted. When unequal radial clearance was adopted, the load proportion of the row with the larger value of radial clearance decreased and the bias factor was decreased.
