台湾在大陆农业直接投资的技术溢出效应分析

摘　　要：运用C-D生产函数对台湾在大陆的农业直接投资技术溢出效应大小进行测度,发现推动大陆农业经济增长的主要因素是大陆的农业资本和人力资源,提出要建立完善的台湾农业直接投资项目评估管理体系,增强两岸农业企业的联系,创新两岸农业合作模式,完善市场竞争环境等建议。The technology spillover effects were measured by using C-D production function in this paper. The re- sults showed that the major factors of promoting the economic growth of mainland agriculture were agricultural cap- ital and human resources. Meanwhile, this paper put forward the solutions including the establishment of project e- valuation management system on Taiwan agricultural direct investment, enhancing the communication of cross-strait agricultural businesses, innovating the cooperation modes of cross-strait agricultural, and improving the market competition environment.
