摘 要:目的探讨红细胞冷凝集对全自动血细胞分析仪检测血细胞计数结果的影响。方法采用SysmexXE-2100全自动血细胞分析仪,对13例冷凝集全血标本分别在室温及37°C孵育30 min后进行全血细胞计数,并对检验结果进行比较。结果室温下与37℃孵育30 min后的检测结果比较,白细胞计数、红细胞计数、红细胞压积、红细胞平均体积、平均血红蛋白含量、平均血红蛋白浓度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);血红蛋白、白细胞分类及血小板参数比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论红细胞冷凝集会影响全自动血细胞分析仪对多种血细胞的准确计数,临床检测血常规时应仔细检查血标本是否有冷凝集现象,如存在应在37℃孵育30 min后进行检测,以免影响结果的准确性。Objective To explore the influence of erythrocyte cold agglutination on automatic blood cell analyzer in detection of blood cell counts. Methods Complete blood counts of 13 whole blood samples of cold agglutination were detected at room temperature and 30 minutes after 37℃ incubation respectively by SysmexXE-2100 automatic blood cell analyzer, and the results were also compared. Results There were significant differences in results of white blood cell counts, red blood cell counts, hematocrit, mean corpuscular volume, mean corpuscular hemoglobin and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentra- tion between room temperature and after incubation ( P 〈 O. 05 ) ; while no significant differences were found in results of he- moglobin, leukocyte differential count or platelet parameter (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Erythroeyte cold agglutination may af- fect many blood cell counts tested by automatic blood cell analyzer. Blood samples should be checked carefully for cold agglu- tination phenomenon, if so, tests should be conducted after 30 minutes of 37 ℃ incubation in order to avoid errors.
