摘　　要：目的:分析北京市社区卫生服务机构门诊患者的就诊意向及影响因素。方法:对北京市社区卫生服务中心800名门诊患者进行随机问卷调查和统计分析。结果:被调查患者自认病情较轻时选择社区卫生服务机构就诊的比例为84.96%;年龄、参保类型、药品政策、医疗服务等因素影响患者就诊意向,其中药品价格、种类和数量、处方合理、候诊时间、疾病解释的评价良好,有利于促进患者流向社区就诊。结论:提高社区医疗服务水平,完善社区卫生服务功能,巩固基本药物制度成果,加快社区首诊与转诊制度建设,有利于引导患者在社区卫生服务机构就诊。Objective： To analyz the influencing factors of heahhcare seeking intention of outpatient in Community Health Service Institu- tions. Methods： We analyzed 800 outpatient questionnaires of primary health institutions in Beijing. Results： 84.96% subjects chose primary health institutions for medical service ; the influencing factors of healthcare seeking intention of outpatient included age, Medical Insurance, drug price, availability and range, rational use, outpatients＇waiting time and service attitude of doctors. Conclusion： We suggest improving the level of health service and the service function in community, strengthening the basic drug system, and accelerating the construction of referral system, and then patients can be guided to seeking health service reasonably in community health service institutions.
