摘　　要：以市场为导向的公立医院改革虽然带来了卫生资源总量的提高以及部分医疗资源利用效率的改善,但也导致了医疗费用增长、医院与医生趋利行为严重、公益性淡化、过度医疗等问题,医患关系紧张。本文对我国医患关系的现状进行研究,阐述了医患关系问题发展的3个阶段,同时从内外因两个方面解析医患关系紧张的原因,针对性地提出解决医患关系紧张的对策,为构建和谐的医患关系提供合理化建议。Market - oriented public hospital reform increased the total health resources utilization as well as partly improved its technological efficiency. At the same time, the reform also highlighted the following problems, such as the medical cost growth, self - interested behavior of public hospital and doctor increasing seriously, reducing social responsibility, excessive medical treatment. Doctor - patient dispute has become a social focus ; this is a discordant note in the harmonious society today. Through researching the present situation of doctor - patient relationship of our country, this paper expounds the three stages of the development of the doctor - patient relationship problem, analyses the reason of the nerv- ous doctor - patient relationship from 2 aspects which are internal cause and external cause, so as to put forward the well - directed countermeas- ures to solve th6 problem of the nervous doctor - patient relationship and provide reasonable suggestions for the construction of a harmonious doctor - oatient relationsbio .
