摘　　要：目的:了解吉林省某大学医学部公共卫生学院学生吸烟现状,以及对烟草控制框架公约(FCTC)中控烟措施及创建无烟校园的态度,调查校园各场所的控烟情况,为促进无烟校园建设,提高公共卫生学生的控烟能力提供理论依据。方法:对吉林省某大学医学部公共卫生学院5个专业733名本科生进行自填式问卷调查。结果:公共卫生学院学生吸烟率为5.1%,男生吸烟率(9.9%)明显高于女生(0.5%);女生对FCTC控烟措施和无烟校园倡导活动的支持程度明显高于男生,而不同专业学生对上述问题的支持程度无显著性差异;校园内宿舍、教学楼、行政楼等场所大多无禁烟标识并能闻到烟味。结论:公共卫生学院学生吸烟率较低,控烟态度相对积极,但校园内各场所的控烟情况不容乐观。教育部门应制定和落实无烟校园的规章制度,为学生营造清洁健康的环境,同时在相应课程中加强控烟措施及相关政策的讲授,增强公共卫生学生的控烟能力。Objective：To understand the smoking status and the attitudes towards tobacco - control policies of Framework Convention on To- bacco Control （FCTC） as well as Smoking - Free Campus among the public health students in a comprehensive university located in Jilin prov- ince, and investigate the tobacco - control status on campus, and to provide recommendations for tobacco - control policies. Methods： 733 students from different majors in School of Public Health of one comprehensive university located in Jilin province were interviewed by a self - ad- ministered questionnaire. Results：The current Smoking rate of the students in public health school was 5.1%. The smoking rate of boys（9.9% ） was higher than that of girls（0.5% ）. The support for the tobacco - control measures of FCTC and advocacy activities of Smoking - Free Campus in female student were significantly better than in male student, but there were no significant differences among different subject students. Most of the dormitories, classrooms and offices lacked non- smoking logo and can be smelled smoke. Conclusion： The current smoking rate among the public health students was in relatively low level, and the attitudes towards tobacco -control policies were positive. However, the tobacco -con- trol situation on campus was not optimistic. It＇s an urgent task toput forward some regulations on tobacco - control on campus to create a clean and healthy atmosphere for the students. In addition, the related curriculum system should enhance the tobacco - control policies to improve the capa- bilities of the public health students.
