摘　　要：在对法律生态化内涵的阐述基础上,提出卫生立法应在规范与人的健康相关活动中所形成的各种社会关系的同时,还应考虑符合生态发展的要求,这样才能保护人类和自然生态的共同利益不受侵犯。为此,在法律生态化视角下,对以人本主义为宗旨的卫生立法,进行了生态化趋势的初探,并分别在其相关的疾病控制与公共卫生、健康相关产品以及现代医学发展等领域中的相关法律问题进行了分析和研究。Health legislation should consider the require of ecology development at the same time of standard the kinds of social relationships formed in the activities associated with people health, so that can pretend same interest of human and nature ecology from being violating. In the view of ecological law system, the article explore the ecological trend of health legislation based on the purpose of humanism, and analyze the re- lated law problems in the fields of disease control, public health, health product and modem medical development.
