摘　　要：主要介绍了一种对窑筒体表面温度数据进行采集的具体方法。以TMS320f2407A为例，详细讲解了如何对数字信号处理器进行配置、对温度数据进行采集以及显示温度分布图像的情况。本文方法不仅能够有效减小由于高速数据采集而引起的温度值误差，而且还能成功解决图像扭曲问题，在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。A method for collecting the surface temperature data of a rotary kiln is presented. By taking a TMS320f2407A digital signal processor as an example, the configuration of it, the collection of temperature data and the display of temperature distribution images are described in detail. The method can not only reduce the temperature error caused by high-speed data acquisition effectively, but also solve the problem of image distortion successfully. It has obtained good effectiveness in the practical application.
