几种消毒药品对A型多杀性巴氏杆菌杀灭效果试验研究

摘　　要：本试验应用威特菌毒清、威特二氯异氰尿酸钠粉、戊二醛癸甲溴铵、氢氧化钠、百毒杀、过氧乙酸、复方次氯酸钠、克辽林8种消毒药物进行了对A型多杀性巴氏杆菌的杀灭效果试验和药物敏感试验,其结果:1∶2 000的威特菌毒清、1∶5 000的威特二氯异氰尿酸钠粉、1∶1 000的戊二醛癸甲溴铵、1∶100的氢氧化钠、1∶1 000的过氧乙酸和1∶100的复方次氯酸钠对A型多杀性巴氏杆菌的杀灭效果最好,在5min内杀灭率均达100%;并且敏感性较高,其抑菌圈的直径均达20mm以上。而百毒杀和克辽林对A型多杀性巴氏杆菌敏感性不高,病菌对其具有较强的抵抗力。Killing effects and drug sensitivity tests of 8 disinfection drugs were conducted for eight types of disin{ection drugs. The results demonstrated that concentration of 1：2000 Weite j unduqing, 1 ..5000 Sodium Dichloroisocyanurate Powder, 1：1000 Glutaral and Deciquam solution, 1：100 Sodium Hydroxide, 1..1000 Peracetic Acid and 1：100 Sodium hypochlorite kill- ing effect of pasteurella multocida type A preferably, all had 100 ~ killing rate within 5min with high sensitivity, the diameter of the inhibition circle was larger than 20ram. Povidonelodine Solution and Creolin on the pasteurella multocida type A sensitivi- ty is low, the bacteria has a strong resistance against them.
