摘　　要：以海水淡化布液装置的自动控制系统为研究基础,建立了Profibus-DP现场总线、工业以太网(Profinet)、标准以太网(TCP/IP)的混合网络远程监控系统;实现了与现场设备进行连接的设备层,高速数据处理和数据交互的控制层,以及具有冗余控制功能的信息层的三层式网络控制结构。研究结果表明:该网络控制系统运行稳定可靠,适用于多台海水淡化装置的分散控制、集中管理系统,对中大型海水淡化装置远程监控网络的组建具有较高的参考价值。This paper introduces a hybrid remote monitoring system including Profibus-DP, Profinet and standard Ethernet（ TCP/IP） for the MED’ s falling film spray experimental platform. In this monito-ring network, Profibus-DP is applied in field monitoring layer, Profinet is applied in the distribution server layer, the standard Ethernet is applied in the remote management. The research results show the monitoring system is relabile and the best solutions for multiple desalination device decentralized control, centralized management. The network monitoring structure can be a good reference for constructing a me-dium or large desalination monitoring network.
