摘　　要：介绍了一款排量为3L、排放水平达到欧Ⅳ的道路用轻型高速柴油机的主要技术参数、总体设计方案及设计要点。该柴油机具有顶置链传动凸轮轴、四气门气缸盖、电控共轨燃油喷射系统、采用冷端阀的外部冷却EGR系统。这些先进的技术手段能使该款柴油机达到道路用柴油机欧Ⅳ排放标准,为行业内同类型柴油机的设计开发提供了有益的技术参考。The article gives a detailed introduction about main technical parameters and overall design schemes and design points about an on-road light duty and high speed engine. This diesel engine consists of overhead camshaft that drove by chain,4 valves cylinder head and electric controlled comnlon rail fuel injection system and external cooled EGR system which used eold end valve. The advanced design artifices make this type diesel engine achieve the emission regulations of Euro IV, and which can provide beneficial technical references for designing the same type diesel engines.
