摘　　要：介绍了民国时期上海回族新兴商业发展的状况:民国时期上海回族商人逐步转变经营理念,扩大经营范围,不断冲破传统行业模式的束缚,改变了以往局限于与民众生活息息相关产业为主要经营的旧有模式;回族商人联合经营的力度也不断加强,在商业领域取得了一定的发展和进步。The status of the development of the new business sectors of the Hui nationality in shanghai during the period of the Republic of China is introduced- in the period of the Republic of China, businessmen of the Hui nationality in Shanghai changed in philosophy progressively, they expanded the business scope, broke the shackles of the traditional industry model continuously, changed the old business model which is with people＇s lives closely. Businessmen of the Hui nationality continued to strengthen joint operations, and made some progress and development in the commercial sector.
