摘  要:以高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、炭黑及相容剂马来酸酐接枝HDPE (HDPE-g-MAH)制备了高分子正温度系数(PTC)材料,考察了HDPE-g-MAH的接枝率及含量对该PTC材料的耐电流冲击性能的影响.结果表明,添加接枝率为0.2%~0.5%的HDPE-g-MAH时,材料具有较好的耐电流反复冲击性能,耐电流反复冲击3 000次的电阻值升幅在10%以内,能很好地满足电机客户对PTC材料的长期耐久性的要求.With HDPE, carbon black and maleic anhydride grafted HDPE compatilizer (HDPE-g- MAH), PTC polymer materials with high current shock withstanding properties was prepared. The effect of the grafting rate and content of the HDPE-g-MAH on the current shock withstanding properties of compatilizer were analyzed. The results showed that adding 0.2% - 0. 5% content of HDPE-g-MAH, HDPE had good current shock withstanding properties, and the increasing rate of the resistance was less than 10% after 3 000 times of repeated current shocks, it can well meet the electrical requirements of the customers long-term durability of PTC materials.
