摘 要:将三乙醇胺月桂酸单酯作为防雾滴剂应用于低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)中制备LDPE防雾塑料薄膜,考察了不同添加量的三乙醇胺月桂酸酯对LDPE防雾薄膜防雾滴性能的影响。结果表明,当LDPE防雾塑料薄膜中三乙醇胺月桂酸酯的质量分数为5%时,初滴时间和十滴时间分别为160 s和46 s,水滴在薄膜表面的接触角为9°,且LDPE防雾塑料薄膜的力学性能变化较小。The antifogging plastic films were prepared with low density polyethylene resin and triethanolamine laurate was used as antifogging agent. The influences of the amount of triethanolamine laurate on the antifogging properties of LDPE films were investigated. The results indicated that when the content of triethanolamine laurate in the film was 5 wt%, the first-drop time and ten-drop time of LDPE antifogging film were 160 s, 46 s respectively, and the water contact angle was 9°. The addition of the triethanolamine laurate had no obvious influence on mechanical properties.
