摘 要:通过极限氧指数测定、垂直燃烧实验和锥型量热仪研究了六苯氧基环三磷腈(HPTCP)/全氟丁基磺酸钾(PPFBS)对聚碳酸酯(PC)的协同阻燃作用。结果表明,与单独使用HPTCP或PPFBS相比,添加含极少量(0.05%)PPFBS的复合阻燃剂(HPTCP/PPFBS),可使PC的阻燃级别显著提高,燃烧变慢,总热释放量、平均有效燃烧热明显降低,点燃时间明显增加,即复合极少量的PPFBS能明显提高HPTCP对PC的阻燃作用;单独使用HPTCP或PPFBS可显著改善PC的热稳定性,而使用HPTCP/PPFBS复合阻燃剂对PC热稳定性的影响较小。HPTCP是通过气相和凝聚相同时产生阻燃作用的,它能促进PC成炭,形成膨胀性炭层,并通过隔热、隔氧及阻止分解产物挥发而产生阻燃作用,复合极少量的PPFBS能显著增加阻燃PC的成炭量,因而改善了HPTCP的阻燃作用。The synergistic flame retardancy of hexaphenoxycyclotriphosphazene (HPTCP) and potassium perfluorobutane sulfonate (PPFBS) in polycarbonate (PC) was studied by limiting oxygen index measurement, vertical burning and cone calorimeter test. The results showed that HPTCP/PPFBS with a very small amount of PPFBS (0. 05% ) had a slightly decreased LOI, but significantly improved burning rating, and was burned more slowly, the total heat release and average effective heat of combustion were significantly reduced, time to ignition increased obviously compared with FR-PC alone with HPTCP or PPFBS, which showed that the flame retardancy of HFFCP in PC could be significantly improved by combining a very small amount of PPFBS. Using HPTCP or PPFBS could improve the thermal stability of PC, but HPTCP/PPFBS had little effect on the thermal stability. HFFCP played flame retardancy effect by gas and condensed phase mechanisms. HPTCP could promote the carbonization of PC, the formed intumescent layer resulted in a flame retardancy by the barrier effect on heat, air and decomposition products. Combining a very small amount of PPFBS could significantly improve the charring, thus improved the flame retardancy of HPTCP.
