摘  要:建立了在同一色谱条件下测定混剂中戊唑醇和咪鲜胺含量的方法。试样用甲醇溶解,以甲醇∶乙腈∶水(体积比35∶30∶35)为流动相,流速1.0 mL · min-1,使用XTerra RP-18柱和二极管阵列检测器(220 nm ),对50%戊唑·咪鲜胺微乳剂(30%戊唑醇+20%咪鲜胺)中的戊唑醇和咪鲜胺进行反相高效液相色谱分离和测定,外标法定量。结果表明:戊唑醇在101.01~1010.08 mg · L -1质量浓度范围呈线性响应,相关系数为0.9999,相对标准偏差为0.19%,平均加标回收率为101.14%;咪鲜胺在99.06~990.85mg · L -1质量浓度范围呈线性响应,相关系数为0.9998,相对标准偏差为0.13%,平均加标回收率为101.22%。该方法简便、快速、分离效果好,可用于产品的质量控制和检测分析。The determination method of the active ingredients in tebuconazole and prochloraz 50% micro-emulsion (ME) was established by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) .Samples were dissolved by methanol and then determined by the reversed phase HPLC .The HPLC conditions were methanol-acetonitrile-water (35∶30∶35 ,by vol) as mobile phase ,flow-rate was 1.0 mL · min-1 ,XTerra RP-18 column ,Photodiode Array (PDA) detector and detection wave length at 220nm . The external standard method was employed for quantitative analysis .The results showed that the linear relationship between the peak area and concentration was in the range of 101.01 to 1 010.08 mg · L -1 (r=0.999 9) for tebuconazole ,and 99.06 to 990.85 mg · L -1 (r= 0.999 8) for prochloraz ,respectively .Meanwhile ,the RSD were 0.19% and 0.13% ,and the average recoveries were 101.14 and 101.22% .Our results suggested that the method with simple ,rapid and good separating effect ,can be used for the quality control and detection of products .
