清远市2008-2012年流行性腮腺炎流行特征分析

摘　　要：目的 了解清远市2008-2012年流行性腮腺炎流行病学特征,探讨预防控制策略. 方法 收集清远市法定传染病疫情分析年报和疾病监测信息报告管理系统的流行性腮腺炎个案信息,用描述性流行病学方法分析流行性腮腺炎的流行病学特征. 结果 2008-2012年清远共报告9 060例流行性腮腺炎病例,年发病率10.51/10万～127.45/10万,年均发病率50.38/10万,发病率总体上呈上升趋势;病例分布在全市8个县（市、区）,以连南、连州和清城区三个县（市）发病较高;病例以5-7月发病较多,占全部发病的50.72％.91.72％的病例为20岁以下人群,57.42％的病例为学生;5年共发生15起聚集性疫情. 结论 清远市2008-2012年流行性腮腺炎的发病水平较高,对病例尽早采取干预措施和提高儿童家长的流腮疫苗接种意识是预防流行性腮腺炎的重要手段.Objective To investigate the epidemiological features of mumps in Qingyuan City during 2008-2012,and to discuss the strategies for mumps control and prevention.Methods Data were collected from the annual epidemic analysis reports about notifiable diseases and the individual cases from diseases surveillance and reporting administration system in Qingyuan.The epidemiological characteristics of mumps were analyzed by descriptive statistics.Results A total of 9,060 mumps cases were reported in Qingyuan from 2008 to 2012,with the annual incidence rate ranging from 10.51/100,000 to 127.45/100,000.The annual average incidence rate was 50.38/100,000,presenting an increasing trend of mumps infection in general.The cases distributed in 8 counties （cities or districts）,and most occurred in Lianlan County,Lianzhou City and Qingchen District.50.72% of the cases were reported from May to July.91.72% of the cases were young people under 20 years of age and 57.42% of the cases were students.Altogether 15 clustering outbreaks occurred during the 5-year period.Conclusions The morbidity of mumps in Qingyuan City during 2006-2011 was higher.Taking intervention measures on mumps cases as early as possible and improving the parents＇ awareness of mumps vaccination are important measures for mumps prevention and control.
