摘　　要：以波特的"钻石模型"为基础,从要素状况、需求状况、支持性产业和相关产业、企业的战略结构和竞争、面临的机遇以及政府所发挥的作用等方面对卷烟商业物流产业竞争力进行分析,明确目前的竞争态势,发现存在的问题,并提出提升其产业竞争力的对策。In this paper, with Porter＆#39;s diamond model as the foundation, we analyzed the competitivity of the commercial tobacco logistics industry, clarified the current situation of the competition it faced, identified the existing problems and at the end, proposed the countermeasures to improve its competitivity.
