摘　　要：在对循环经济和逆向物流相关问题阐述的基础上,构建了循环经济导向下逆向物流管理运作的模型,对模型中正向物流和逆向物流的闭环式物流流程进行了分析,从正向物流环节和逆向物流环节的衔接和集成方面构建了逆向物流管理运作模型,并对该模型的运作机制进行了分析,最后从加大逆向物流技术研发、建立健全相关法律体系以及利用财政税收优惠政策等方面对循环经济下促进逆向物流的发展提出了建议。In this paper, on the basis of an exposition of the issues relating to the circular economy and reverse logistics, we built the operational model of reverse logistics management oriented toward circular economy, analyzed the closed-loop logistics process of the forward and reverse logistics in the model as well as the operational mechanism of it, and at the end, from the aspects of technical development, legal system and financial policies, proposed the suggestions to promote the development of reverse logistics under circular economy.
