摘　　要：根据物流企业集聚程度、集聚规模以及企业自身性质的不同,将企业产品物流划分为简单的物流外包、准物流外包、物流合作外包等五种形态各异的运行模式,从分析我国企业物流五种不同类型的外包模式入手,在此基础上分析其中可能存在的法律风险,最后为企业防范物流外包的法律风险提供一些可行性建议。In this paper, in light of the extent and scale of the conglomeration of the logistics enterprises and the different characteristics of the enterprises, we analyzed the five distinctively different operational modes of enterprise logistics outsourcing, then studied the legal risks relating to each of them, and at the end, proposed several feasible suggestions to prevent the legal risks in the logistics outsourcing activities.
